Because our top concern is providing all of our visitors with access to the services and compassionate support they need, our pregnancy testing and ultrasounds are at no-cost to you, and we offer low-cost STD testing and treatment*.

*A coupon for no-cost STD testing is available when you come to PRC Grand Rapids for pregnancy testing services. All fees can be waived if you are 17 years or younger.
