Medication Abortion | The Abortion Pill

A medication abortion, the abortion pill, is two drugs taken in separate doses (one at the clinic and one at home.) Another name for the abortion pill is a medical or chemical abortion. It is usually taken between 4-6 weeks after a woman’s last menstrual period (LMP), but it is FDA-approved up to 10 weeks after LMP.

Aspiration Abortion
