If I am pregnant, how far along am I?
Gestational age is the medical term used to measure fetal age. It is calculated from the first day of your last period. A full-term pregnancy is approximately 40 weeks. To roughly calculate your gestational age, you can add 7 days to the first day of your last period then subtract 3 months. To get a more accurate date, an ultrasound is recommended. Pregnancy Resource Centers offers free ultrasounds (some restrictions apply). Contact us for more information.
